Did the body of Jesus Christ resurrect physically after His crucifixion?

The Laws of the Almighty God are unchangeable, inviolable and operate uniformly throughout His creation. As they operate and manifest in small things so they do in big things. After physical death, the soul lives on while the physical/gross material body remains behind because in strict accordance with the laws of origin and cycle, it is absolutely bound to the gross material earth.

Jesus Christ, the Son of God, brought the message of salvation and redemption to erring mankind and He was obliged to use a body of flesh. At death, His physical body followed the natural course as every other physical body, hence, He did not resurrect in flesh. This fact is exemplified in some biblical accounts; for example, the Bible records at least 12 different appearances of Jesus Christ in the resurrection accounts, beginning with Mary and ending with Paul. One feature that runs through the accounts of personal encounters with Jesus Christ after the crucifixion was that the disciples and close associates did not immediately recognise Him. Mary did not recognize Jesus Christ at first and neither did Mary Magdalene recognize Him immediately. Also, when He appeared to the two disciples on the road to Emmaus, they did not recognize Him until He broke bread. We also note that He was able to transcend walls and doors.

From all indications, Jesus was seen after His physical death, but in another body; otherwise, they would all have recognised Him instantly. Besides, it is not possible for the physical body to transcend barriers such as locked doors and walls. Those who were granted the Grace of seeing Him did so, and could only have done so with their finer- non physical eyes. It has to be mentioned that the prevalent difficulty experienced by the average man in readily using the organs of his finer bodies, something that should be natural to him, does not annul the possibility of this occurrence. The spiritual and other intervening worlds “are tangible”, albeit of a different consistency; and each world can be comprehended with the corresponding organs which everyman carries with him.

While on earth, Jesus Christ lived absolutely in accord with the Divine Laws of His Father and He expressly stated that He did not come to abolish the law but to fulfil it. He is and remains the Inborn Son of God and pre-existed the flesh that was bruised and destroyed in Golgotha. The body had served its purpose and done with. If the claim that He resurrected in flesh were to be true, the question then arise; of what use is His earthly physical body in His Divine origin? Jesus, was and eternally is!
